Im chinesischen bedeutet Dim Sum „das Herz berühren“. Traditionell werden die kleinen Teigtaschen in Teehäusern serviert und meist in Bambuskörben gedämpft. Gefüllt mit viel Liebe, Fleisch, Gemüse oder Fisch machen Dim Sum Groß und Klein süchtig!
Neben Hintergrundwissen zu Dim Sum, Warenkunde über asiatische Zutaten und Bezugsquellen für Lebensmittel, wird auch die asiatische Ess-Kultur Themeninhalt dieses Kochkurses sein.
In diesem Kochkurs lernst du alles Wichtige über Teigtaschen von Asia-Experten Clemens Drdla. Er wird dich in die Teigtaschen-Küche einführen und dir viele Tipps und Tricks verraten.
