In addition to background knowledge about Asian cuisine, product knowledge about Asian ingredients and sources of supply for food, the Asian food culture will also be the subject of this cookery course.
In this cookery course, you will learn everything you need to know about Asian vegetarian cuisine from Asian chef Orawee Inkrungkao and Asian expert Clemens Drdla. They will introduce you to vegetarian Asian cuisine and give you lots of tips and tricks.
